•Manages the timely completion of all academic record requests, and addresses issues for P/N forms, Grade Change forms, Audit forms, Transcript Requests, Academic Record Changes, etc.
•Participates with PUM Image testing for academic record functions
•Manages and completes all NSC electronic enrollment verification requests
•Oversees the data entry of individual grade sheets
•Responsible for Solomon Amendment requests
•Manages and completes student attendance verification lists/rosters
•Assists Academic Advisement during peak times by updating academic requirements and troubleshooting Academic Requirements Report (ARR) issues
•Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of records in the document imaging system, such as record retrieval and record indexing
•Supervision of student workers on various projects
•Provides excellent customer service to internal and external constituents of the University
•Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred and min 2 years experience or equivalent related experience managing projects or position with leadership responsibilities.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently but also be part of a team, take initiative and to establish work priorities to ensure timely completion of responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
Supports change management initiatives
Ability to develop innovative approaches and ideas
Adherence to the protection of academic records as outlined in FERPA
An understanding of and appreciation for Jesuit higher education

Certificates/Credentials/Licenses

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience managing projects or position with leadership responsibilities

Computer Skills

Proficient computer skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, etc.
Experience with PeopleSoft and/or similar academic systems is preferred
