Physical Requirements

This position will require driving between multiple sites over a defined service area in Kentucky including Ryan White partner locations and community-based organizations.


Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours per week); some evenings and weekends.

Job Summary

This position will serve as the Kentucky AIDS Education and Training Center (KY AETC) Core Program Manager as part of the KY AETC Expansion under the Kentucky AIDS Drug Assistance Program (KADAP) Income Reinvestment Program (KIRP). The Core Program Manager will supervise four Program Coordinators that will each administer one of the following: 1) Live training and Core administration, 2) Practice transformation and special projects, 3) ECHO (webinars) training events and special projects, and 4) Logistics, continuing education credit and moXse.

This position is part of the Kentucky AIDS Education and Training Center (KY AETC) expansion and will be funded by the Kentucky AIDS Drug Assistant Program (KADAP) Income Reinvestment Program (KIRP). This is position is currently funded through June 30, 2020.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and MS Windows experience.
