The Digital Media Manager reports to the Online Marketing Manager at LSU Online. This position plays a critical role in managing and executing paid digital media for the Digital and Continuing Education, with responsibilities to ensure strong, quality lead generation as well as maintain all social media channels. This position will not have any direct reports and will require a high level individual contributor at both the strategic and functional level.
Job Duties:
- Maintain paid digital media campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Analyze results and make adjustments based on performance results. Report results internally and with program teams on a bi-weekly basis for basic data and each term for a more strategic update.
- Post and maintain non-paid content across all social media platforms. The includes responding to comments and question in a timely manner.LSU is committed to diversity and is an equal opportunity / equal access employer.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education Level: Bachelor's
Years of Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, including digital marketing knowledge. Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education Level: Bachelor's
Years of Experience: Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads is a plus.
Specific Experience: Preference to candidates with higher education experience and degree preferably in marketing, public relations, digital media. This position demands an individual who will thrive under pressure and who is comfortable with consistently changing and demanding priorities.
