Work involves food preparation, food serving and cleaning the food service areas in a cafeteria setting. Employees work under direct supervision while involved in preparation, serving and cleaning. Employee follows written and/or oral procedures and practices. Employee implements procedures, methods and activities developed by others.

Lifting 25 plus pounds, prolonged standing and walking.

Serve food in cafeteria setting; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers from young children to senior citizens.

Cleaning and sanitizing the work area, operate a commercial dishwasher; clean chairs, tables and service lines; sweep and mop floors; clean windows, baseboards, blinds; walkways and walls of food service building.
