Basic Function

Reports to Clinical Simulation Manager. Operate simulation console and software. Manipulate simulator during scenario. Assists with simulation scenarios. Helps with tracking simulation lab supplies. Receives minimal direction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Lab manager with setting up high-fidelity human patient simulators and maintain the cleanliness of the lab. Operate simulation console and software. Manipulate simulator during scenario. Assists with simulation scenarios. Helps with tracking simulation lab supplies. This is position while critical to the Simulation lab is a fun and great opportunity for a person who is willing to learn. We create medical scenarios with simulators that can mimic many medical conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Ability to work with computers (PC or MAC experience required) Comfortable with technology.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

IT, healthcare, and/or community college work experience a plus.
Experience in a Simulation Lab Setting desirable.
Some college education preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent organizational skills and ability to think logically and follow directions. Creativity and flexibility in designing innovative approaches to solving problems. Ability to work with computers (PC or MAC experience required). Comfortable with technology, willing to learn Interest in health care and/or computers/technology helpful. Outgoing, dynamic personality. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
