York College is seeking a strong data-oriented professional who would like to work as part of a dynamic and engaging enrollment team as a full-time Financial Assistance Office Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate the operations of the Financial Assistance Office and serves as Administrative Assistant to the Director of Financial Assistance. The position requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills working with team members, prospective and continuing students and their families, faculty and staff, and other constituents of the College.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and three years working in an office setting. Candidates must possess proven oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer relationship management skills, excellent teamwork skills, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Banner SIS or other customer relationship management databases preferred.
