Students are employed to answer questions via phone to foster relationships between the Gordon State College and prospects, current students and their families.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Make and answer calls regarding Admission, Financial Aid and Bursar’s Office.
•Conduct self as a professional representative of Gordon State College.
•Accurate computer data entry utilizing admissions software.
•Meet/exceed goals as outlined by the center manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
•Current student at Gordon State.
•Must be able to fulfill scheduled and required shifts set forth by Center Management.
•Demonstrate an articulate command required language while on the phone
•Ability to use a computer (for data entry purposes).
•Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new software.
•Infrequent light physical effort required.
•Must be able to work in an environment where the noise level is moderate.
Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.

•Solid organizational skills
Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours in the Fall.
