Job Summary: The University of Alabama (UA) invites applications and nominations for the position of Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Enrollment Management.

The Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Enrollment Management is the chief enrollment officer reporting to the Executive Vice President and Provost of the University. The Associate Vice President will provide strategic leadership in enrollment planning, implementation and assessment in line with the University’s overall goals for growth and sustainability; analyze admissions and other relevant data, in light of changing demographics, for the purpose of establishing enrollment strategies and goals that support UA’s mission as the state’s flagship; provide fiscal responsibility for all facets of enrollment management, including ensuring that scholarship awards are appropriate and made in a timely manner to maximize recruitment efforts and support UA’s students; and share a commitment to enroll and support students of diverse backgrounds and interests, consistent with the University’s vision and mission.
