This is an open invitation to apply for Centralia College’s Business Adjunct Instructor Pool. Adjunct business faculty members are hired on a quarter-by-quarter basis as instructor vacancies occur. Courses include: Human Relations in the Workplace, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, and Intermediate Accounting.Essential Duties Summary
The courses may include lecture section in face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid and/or online modalities. Previous curriculum and textbook can be provided by the business faculty. Business courses are offered year-round, including summer quarter.Required Qualifications
The applicant must have a Master’s degree in related business field and direct work experience in the field(s) related to the course.Preferred Qualifications
•Demonstrated teaching experience;
•Demonstrated proficiency with presentation software;
•Experience using Learning Management system (Canvas)
EMPLOYMENT: This is a part-time position expected to begin Fall quarter, 2019. This position may have some occasional evening classes.
