STAFF POSITION: Purchasing Clerk/Secretary
DIVISION/OFFICE: Business Affairs
REPORT TO: Director of Business Affairs
RESPONSIBILITIES: To render clerical, data entry, and purchasing duties to support the college’s financial operations in the Office of Business Affairs. Applicant must be proficient in computer skills and must possess excellent communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have minimum requirement of an Associate’s Degree in a clerical profession and two years of general office experience.
