Description:

The Department of Kinesiology and Health Education at The University of Texas at Austin is accepting applications from qualified individuals for a part-time Assistant Professor of Instruction position. Successful candidates for this non-tenure track position will have the appropriate academic and/or professional preparation to teach courses in Human Resource Management and other sport management topics as a part of the online Sport Management M.Ed. program.

Qualifications:

A Ph.D. degree in Sport Management is preferred, but outstanding candidates with a Master’s degree and executive experience in the sport industry may be considered. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a student-centered approach to teaching graduate courses. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with online teaching at the graduate level.
