Wells College seeks an Assistant Director of Student Success and Coordinator of Disability Services. Under the supervision and direction of the Director of Academic and Career Advising, the Assistant Director coordinates a wide range of learning support services for all students. 

Qualifications: Master’s degree in psychology, education, counseling, or related field required; proven ability to assess programming and services; excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills; experience and/or training to test for learning and other disabilities and willingness to seek necessary certifications and licensures; knowledge of student development, higher educational policies and procedures, and ADA compliance; experience with assistive technologies; demonstrated ability to provide and coordinate programs and services for students and assess those programs and services and an ability to handle extremely sensitive and confidential matters discreetly while building positive relationships with students. 

Wells College is a small coeducational liberal arts college located in the village of Aurora, New York, within a half hour's drive of Ithaca and within a 75 minute radius of Rochester, Syracuse and numerous other colleges and universities – an area rich in natural, educational and cultural resources.
