General Description / Primary Purpose

The Department of Management in the Coggin College of Business at the University of North Florida (UNF) invites applications, expressions of interest, and nominations for one tenure-track position in Business Analytics subject to budget approval. The position will commence on August 1, 2020, at the rank of Assistant Professor (Tenure-track). While we will consider candidates in all areas, preference will be given to individuals with teaching interests and experience that align with the Department of Management offerings.

To teach undergraduate and graduate courses in business analytics and information systems in the Department of Management. Conduct significant research in the fields related to
Business Analytics and Information Systems. Service to the Department, Coggin College of Business, and the University of North Florida.

Required Qualifications: Each successful candidate for these positions will have a Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Management Science, Operations Research, Operations Management, Statistics, or other disciplines closely related to Business Analytics from an AACSB Accredited Business School in-hand by 8/1/2020. Evidence supporting the ability to produce quality research must be provided.

Departmental Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following requirements in addition to the required qualifications: Ability to inform curriculum and teach courses in Information Systems Management.
