Nature of Work    
The Associate Director of Student Involvement reports to the Director of the Center for Student Involvement and will develop, implement and coordinate a variety of student events and programs including campus wide events and traditions, game day activities, weekend programming, and will advise the Student Activities Council. The Associate Director will supervise two coordinators and will coordinate graduate assistant training for the department.

Required Qualifications    
Master’s degree in Student Development, Higher Education or a closely related field required, 4-6 years full time experience advising student organizations, and facilitating/planning/implementing large events and student programs, ability to manage budgets, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, contract negotiation and implementation.

Salary    $52,056 minimum - $65,676 midpoint

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions    
Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time. Work outside of normal scheduled hours, move about the office freely, communicate without restriction and work well within a group.
