Job Details
Arts and Science is seelking a dynamic Program Administrator to join Glucksman Ireland House. This individual will provide administrative guidance for the department; advise current and prospective students; administer budget; supervise staff, and plan program events and activities.
QualificationsRequired Education:Bachelor's degree andRequired Experience:2 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience with staff supervision, budget administration, special events planning and implementation, and counseling and/or advising experience.Preferred Experience:Excellent oral and written command of Irish language; familiarity with functioning of Irish government and administration, and of Irish educational systems; and with Irish-American media and organizations.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent organizational, interpersonnal, and communication skills. Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and web-based applications (e.g., HTML).
