SCAD seeks a Business Reporting Analyst to work in accordance with the university’s software development lifecycle. In this position, you will support the reporting aspect of the university’s software stack, including Salesforce, Banner and Blackboard Learn as well as in-house and other third-party solutions that fulfill business needs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and developing reporting solutions using IBM Cognos Analytics and other reporting technologies. You also will respond to enhancement requests from SCAD staff and handle various ad-hoc report requests.

The ideal candidate possesses development skills in structured query language (SQL) as well as experience in writing reports, maintaining operational data storage and data warehousing. You also have a strong understanding of relational databases.

– B.S. in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience and at least three years of relevant work experience
– Experience working with IBM Cognos Analytics or equivalent reporting tool, Banner and Microsoft Excel.
