ECU ITCS Enterprise Applications team is responsible for Core Client server applications at ECU. This team is divided into three teams, Enterprise Messaging, Identity Management, and Web. Each team has applications in which they maintain by upgrades, patching, design and ongoing support.

ITCS Enterprise Applications is currently seeking an Assistant for day to day administrative duties. The Enterprise Applications Assistant will be expected to be knowledgeable in basic computer operating systems, Office applications, technical writing and Microsoft Office 365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Flow, Skype for business). This position will serve as an entry level resource within areas of each functional team, Messaging, Web, and Identity. The Enterprise Applications student worker will use their technical skills as foundation to write how-to’s for various applications for ECU employee consumption, maintain approval workflows in MS Flow for SharePoint, and help with routing helpdesk tickets to proper teams. The Enterprise Applications Student Worker must be dependable, courteous, demonstrate good communication skills, and be customer-service oriented. This position is under the supervision of and reports to the Enterprise Applications manager and functional Team supervisors. The Enterprise Applications Student Worker may be exposed to confidential information.

The Enterprise Applications Student Worker will be responsible for:
• Creation of technically detailed step-by-step guides for various new applications
• Maintain the builds of Microsoft Flows for SharePoint document approvals
• Document Migrations to Office 365
• Test user documentation
• Route Help Desk Tickets
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)

-Computer Science and/or Information and Computer Technology.
-3.0 GPA
