Enterprise Application Services. The Systems Software Developer, Intermediate works closely with Business Analysts and other technical resources to develop and enhance systems and programs to improve processes and service delivery.

Essential Functions

•Researches, designs, implements, and maintains applications (including web and mobile), systems, programs, and interfaces.
•Conducts tests of applications programs and quality assurance reviews.
•Compiles tests and reviews results for further review and user acceptance testing by the Business Analyst and functional user(s).
•Identifies areas for modification/enhancement in existing applications and subsequently develop these modifications.
•Writes and maintains software code, queries, reports, and programs applications using current tools and languages.
•Applies proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate, and resolve systems/software application issues.
•Provides consultation to technical resources regarding upgrades, appropriate usage and the technical environment; monitor version requirements and organize upgrades.
