Position SummaryThe Project Administrator will support the operation, management, evolution and security of projects in the Office of the Provost in support of the University's academic mission, as well as other smaller data related activities for the Office of the Provost. The qualified candidate will establish and maintain department-wide project plans and schedules to meet business needs and objectives.QualificationsRequired Education:Bachelor's DegreePreferred Education:Bachelor's Degree or higher in public policy or community relationsRequired Experience:2+ years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Experience:1+ years Experience working in a higher-education environment.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to develop and sustain effective relationships in support of organizational goals. Ability to work and communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in individual and group settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications and with various social media platforms. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.
