Position Summary:
This position, as a part of the MIIS student experience team, is responsible for student recruitment activities in East Coast markets and achieving institutional enrollment objectives and managing DC-based partnerships and employer events. Recruiting activities include, but are not limited to, developing recruiting plans for programs or regions, telephone and email correspondence with prospective students, referral generation, participation in education expos, advising prospective students and applicants, and yield management. Partnership and employer activities include, but are not limited to, managing on-site preparation for career-week, hosting employer events and events for current students. This is a full-time regular staff position based in the Washington, DC office.

Education:
BA in Business Administration or other relevant field of study; graduate degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience:
2 years of experience in higher education and / or marketing and sales-related field; and/or an MA in a related field.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 10 pounds. The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
