Position Qualifications - Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have an interest in coaching Coles Undergraduate Accounting students, which will involve assistance with career discovery and development and the creation of a successful plan of execution. This work is completed within two hybrid courses. Additionally, the candidate should have significant working experience in Accounting. The responsibilities of the position support the mission and goals of the Coles College of Business and the Hughes Leadership and Career Program.

Required Education - Experience - Skills (Minimum Qualifications):

Candidates must hold an earned Master’s degree, terminal degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting or a related field. Applicants should demonstrate the capacity to develop and implement Career Coaching plans for Sophomore, Junior and Senior level students. Ideal candidates will also exhibit the capability to effectively teach undergraduate courses and mentor students. College level teaching experience is a plus.
