Georgetown University School of Nursing & Health Studies, founded in 1903, is committed to advancing health equity and population health for individuals, families, and communities in the United States and abroad. The school is home to degree programs at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels, and our faculty comprises seasoned practitioners, researchers, scholars, and teachers.

The School of Nursing & Health Studies' (NHS) executive leadership team features administrative verticals in the areas of (1) faculty affairs, (2) finance/HR/administration, (3) new program development, (4) student advising/development, and (5) data analytics and management. Reporting to the NHS Dean or designee, the Director of Data Analytics and Compliance is an integral member of the school's leadership team and provides operational supervision and oversight of the data analytics and compliance vertical.

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
  • Works closely with the school's senior leadership team, faculty and staff within the school and University to provide the data and analytical insights necessary to make data-driven decisions that align the school's resources with its mission.
  • Ensures members of the data analytics and compliance vertical work closely with departmental program coordinators and administrators to accurately track and project student enrollment through the entire lifecycle from prospective to alumni status.

  • Coordinates with leadership of the finance team to provide information needed for budget reconciliation and forecasting.
  • Supports Office of the Dean and all areas of the school's business functions.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree required
  • Direct experience working in complex data tracking systems within a higher education setting, demonstrated ability to lead complex and diverse teams
  • 5 years of progressive experience and working with university data systems including Cognos, Banner, SalesForce CRM, and DegreeWorks
  • Strong organizational skills and precise attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and respond to ever-changing environments comprised of a diverse group of stakeholders
