Position Summary:
Enrollment Services. The Enrollment Services Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day operations of a face-to-face Enrollment Services Center on the Savannah and Statesboro campuses, providing leadership and operational management for a first-stop center for students on financial aid, student account, and registration-related concerns and questions as well as limited admissions counseling and document intake. The position requires travel between the Statesboro and Armstrong campuses periodically.

Essential Functions

  • Assists the Director and leadership team in development, implementation and maintenance of policy, procedures, resources, training and service standards.
  • Designs and implements cross-functional training, resources, and processes to build a strong, innovative student service team with ongoing staff development and performance management.
  • Assesses student needs and monitors metrics to ensure efficient and quality services are provided based on global best practice for student success.
  • Reports on trends of service and delivery.
  • Supervises team of service representatives and Student Assistants.
  • Ensures compliance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other privacy and security protocols dealing with student educational records.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; legally authorized to work in the United States; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment

    Preferred Education:


    Preferred Experience::
    Four or more years of related work experience; experience working in an integrated enrollment services center; experience at a multi-campus institution; previous leadership experience; knowledge of Banner student information system

    Salary Range: Minimum: $36,500
