The Department of History at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) invites outstanding applicants for an adjunct position in School of Humanities and Social Sciences .

History of Race Adjunct faculty member will teach two sections of an introductory history course entitled "History of Race as a Concept." The course covers U.S. Racial History including shifting ideas about race and the tangible effects of those concepts. Applicants must be available to teach on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 pm-6:50pm and 7:00pm-8:20pm.

Applicants must provide proof of at least a master's degree in history or a related field. Please submit a letter of interest describing teaching experience, sample syllabi, and a CV by August 1, 2019
