The salary range for this position is $23,061 – $29,439. The final salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Job Description/Duties:
Student Recruitment and Admissions (65%):
•Marketing (working with SOE and OGS to maintain consistent marketing presence)
•Recruiting (collecting and documenting recruiting event info, requesting SOE representation for events from Department Chairs, collecting prospective student information from OGS, reaching out to prospective students, following up, tracking recruitment materials, organizing information sessions w/ alumni and faculty)
•Student excellence tracking (collecting and maintaining information on outstanding students and alumni in our graduate programs for potential marketing and other program involvement opportunities)
•Communication with MSU Denver alumni (reaching out to our alumni to keep in touch, invite to events, invite to participate in SOE functions as needed)
Program Support (35%):
•Organization of SOE Graduate Program information and procedures (internal documentation of procedures, consolidating ALP vs. traditional MAT program procedures, present to SOE graduate program team for review, maintain documentation as changes occur)
•Internal communication (communication liaison w/ OGS: disseminating updates and other important information to SOE graduate program team)
•Meeting attendance (attending meetings of the Graduate Best Practices Committee, the SOE Graduate Committee, and other relevant graduate program committees, either solo or accompanying other SOE graduate program team members, and distributing relevant information to SOE graduate program team)
•General administrative support for the SOE Graduate Programs (including additional program support during summer semester or any other period during which the Graduate Coordinator is off contract/on leave), as determined by position supervisor and work leaders.
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
OR
•Any combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Note: If using the equivalency to determine qualified applicant status, the standard used is one year of education is equal to two years of experience.
•Experience in general administrative/clerical work.
Preferred Qualifications•Experience with student engagement/outreach
•Experience with marketing educational programs
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•Excellent organizational skills
