Duties of Position

Greet visitors to the Student Engagement Office and assist them with their questions.

Work with the Student Conduct Office on letters, mailings and putting together packets.

Answer phones and record messages for the staff.

Make copies and scan documents.

Work with the other departments in Student Engagement when needed.

Assist the Dean of Students with projects.

Maintain the confidentiality of the office.

Education Requirements

In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer)

Experience Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft Office. We are willing to train the candidate that is willing to learn and become a responsible member of Student Engagement.

Schedule Information

Will determine schedule based on student's availability. Must have some availability to work during the following hours:

Sunday

Monday

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Thursday

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Friday

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Saturday
