Job Details
Employees in this position are expected to assist Department of Diversity Initiative staff members with general office duties, front desk duties and other tasks. Assist with office statistics and historical records. Other duties include running errands. Assists in the preparation for campus events and programs. Assist with advertising events on social media. Other duties as assigned.
Required QualificationsApplicants for this position MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR AND ACCEPT Federal Work Study Funding; must be enrolled in at least six semester hours; and must have met satisfactory academic progress requirements in order to receive financial aid.
Preferred QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Word.
Knowledge with social media
Some knowledge with Canva, PowerPoint or Photoshop.
