CCEC Career Services Assistant will support the Career Services Director.
1) Greet visitors to the office and determine their needs.
2)Direct visitors to appropriate office or department.
3) Answer the telephone and take messages when appropriate.
4) Scan/Fax Documents
5) Make copies
6) Assist with filing
7) Run errands around campus
8) Assist Director with various tasks.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must be a current UNF student eligible for and accept Federal Work Study (FWS) Funding.

Applicants must also:
1) Maintain a positive attitude.
2) Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
