Office Assistant 1
Deliver customer service for students, employers, faculty, staff and other constituents.
Provide administrative support for the Associate Director and other staff as assigned.
Schedule appointments and maintain multiple calendars.
Coordinate recruiting schedules and campus reservations for interviews, meetings and events.
Assist students and employers using the office registration and job database system.
Assist with maintaining on-line tools and resources.
Operate various office machines, filing systems and resources, and make campus deliveries.
Maintain various office logs and student records.
Assist with planning and implementing career programs, events and job fairs.
Develop summary reports and coordinate data collection for programs, services and events.Required Qualifications
High school diploma and directly related experience.
Effective customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and possess the ability to quickly learn other software programs and web-based applications.Preferred QualificationsStatement(s) of UnderstandingBackground CheckStatement(s) of Understanding Definition
