General Statement of Duties:

The Environmental Science Department seeks applications for part-time faculty to teach a course in Environmental Soils Science. In this lab & lecture style course, students investigate topics such as soil formation, soil chemical and physical attributes, soil contamination and remediation, and soil management practices to limit degradation and erosion. The lab portion of the course allows students an opportunity to develop both laboratory and field skills, supporting the department's pedagogical philosophy of experiential learning.

Minimum Qualification

M.S. or higher in related field, or ABD
