Position Summary

The Department of Economics at Spelman College invites applications for a One Year, Full-Time Instructor beginning August 2019. The successful candidate should be willing to work closely with students at a Liberal Arts college and be able to teach the following courses: principles of management, principles of marketing, data science in management, and management elective courses. Other responsibilities include assessment of learning outcomes, attending department meetings, and holding regular office hours.

Qualifications

A Master’s Degree in Management or a business-related field, or 18 graduate credit hours is required. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Ability to teach entrepreneurship courses preferred.
