The Financial Analyst will provide analytical support for the Tandon School of Engineering, reporting to the Assistant Director of Budget & Analysis. This role will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing a portfolio of operating and designated budgets. The Analyst will be responsible for creating financial reports, forecasting revenue & expenses, preparing profit and loss statements and loading budgets.

Required Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related area.Preferred Education:Master's Degree Higher Education experience preferred.Required Experience:2+ years quantitative analytical experience, preferably in finance or accounting.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Ability to understand management requirements to investigate, analyze and frame financial analysis in a clear and concise fashion.  Demonstrated intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
