The Program Assistant for Digital Communications is responsible for implementing and maintaining website content; processing incoming information for fellowships and events; building website forms for fellowships and events; working with digital programs to implement communication needs.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education or experience.
•Experience in managing and implementing Wordpress and other platforms and programs, working with database, Adobe and other communications and publishing software.

Preferred Qualifications

•Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining digital communications across platforms with a high degree of proficiency.

Conditions of Employment:

This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.
