Assistant Professor of Business Strategy
The Frank G. Zarb School of Business is inviting applications for an anticipated tenure track position, starting Fall 2020. Position rank is Assistant Professor. Candidates must have a Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited program in Management, Business Strategy or a related field. Candidates in the final stages of their PhD program will also be considered. Potential candidates must be capable of teaching courses in Business Strategy, Organizational Development, Leadership and Management.
Candidates should have an excellent record in teaching and research and commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship and service. Qualified applicants must be capable of contributing to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through their research, teaching, mentorship and service. Applicants must be qualified and willing to teach undergraduate and graduate online courses.
The teaching load is 18 semester hours per annum. Summer and winter semester teaching opportunities are available. Summer research support is also available. Although teaching is the University’s primary mission, research is very highly valued. Members of the department's faculty have published in AMJ, SMJ, JOM, AME, Organizational Science, Business Horizons, Decision Sciences.
