Job Description:

Responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations associated with the NJCAA and the sport of women's soccer. They have primary responsibility for recruiting and instructing eligible players in fundamental skills and strategies, organizing, implementing, coordinating and supervising all aspects of the team sport and for attending and running practices and games.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree and two years high school or college coaching experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of good practice pertaining to sport techniques, rules and regulations
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, organizational ability and effective teaching/coaching skills
• Basic CPR/first aid knowledge and competence in athletics injury prevention
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team and build team relationships
• Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population
• Possession of, or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license
• Previous coaching experience preferred.

Additional Information:

Salary Range for Assistant Coach: $1,650.00-$2,200.00 based on experience (Seasonal)
