The Alan B. Miller Entrepreneurship Center is seeking a multifaceted clinical entrepreneurship professor to help continue the growth of the Center at the Business School and across campus. The associate director will teach in Raymond A. Mason School of Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship programs and will help plan and execute of Miller Center programs resulting in consistent, high¬-quality learning experiences and outcomes for students and Center constituents. Additionally, the associate director will provide program support for the Launchpad Incubator, a startup incubator funded by York County, James City County and the City of Williamsburg operated by W&M and co-located at the new Entrepreneurship Hub at Tribe Square. Applicants should have higher-ed entrepreneurship teaching experience as well as relevant industry experience in startup development.

Required Qualifications

•First-hand entrepreneurship experience either starting, growing or assisting entrepreneurial ventures
•Higher-ed teaching in one or all of the following areas: business, entrepreneurship or innovation
•Master’s degree or equivalent experience
