Performs duties consistent with coffee bar operations including: operating point-of-sale cash registers according to cash handling guidelines; preparing, stocking, and serving food and beverages safely and accurately according to local, state, and departmental guidelines; ensures a high level of customer service and communication; responds to guidance from PTR and full-time staff; arrives on time and ready to work. Exhibits the shared values of the college.

Required Skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to be on time
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push and/or pull up to 150 pounds using a cart or hand truck required
  • Must be able to work an alternate schedule for evening and weekend events when needed
  • Must possess a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with employees, students, staff and faculty
Required Experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Cashier experience
