Course Description: Metrology

Principles of dimensional measurement are covered, with a focus on the
terminology, methodology, and practice of measurement systems and equipment in
the calibration and the use of basic measuring tools.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:
Associate degree in related field or comparable training and experience.
Two years teaching experience and/or equivalent occupational experience in the field
of manufacturing technology.

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree.
Teaching experience at the vocational/technical, or community college level.
