The A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University is seeking applicants for a Lecturer (non-tenure system faculty position, similar to Clinical Professor at some other institutions) in business analytics. This is a full-time faculty appointment in the academic area of Management Science with a starting date of July 1, 2020. The Lecturer will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and provide support for the Master of Business Analytics program. Ultimate recruitment for these positions is subject to final budgetary approval by the University.

The successful candidate must be either professionally qualified (i.e., Master’s degree in Management Science, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics with adequate work experience) or academically qualified (i.e., Ph.D. in above areas), with degrees from an accredited and well-recognized university.

Candidates must also have proven college/university teaching experience or show strong promise in teaching in Business Analytics at the undergraduate and master’s degree levels. Particularly desirable are candidates with a record of high-quality instruction, and the interest and ability to teach business analytics and database management with experiential learning experience.
