The chosen candidate for this position will begin employment on August 19, 2019 for the Fall 2019 Semester.

Job Summary

Full-time Instructor for Anatomy and Physiology Lab Instructor/Lab Coordinator teaching a minimum of 15 SCH per fall and spring semester and coordinating the lab.

Teaching assignments may include day, evening, and/or online classes. Locations may include on campus, dual enrollment and Early College High School. Correctional facility teaching assignments may be available if desired.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the subject matter is required. Ability to work with students, faculty, and staff members in a professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Teaching experience in a two-year college or university. Experience working in and coordinating an anatomy and physiology laboratory.

Lamar State College - Port Arthur, a member of The Texas State University System, is an open-access, comprehensive public two-year college offering quality and affordable instruction leading to associate degrees and a variety of certificates.
