This position provides administrative support to the Director of Academic Enhancement and works collaboratively with colleagues to complete a variety of tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Experience within higher education or other professional setting; and, familiarity with Microsoft Office software.

General office duties, including answering phones, copying, managing inventory, and record maintenance.

Assist Division of Academic Enhancement faculty and staff with programs (i.e., classroom scheduling, event planning, ordering promotional items.)
