Coordinate facilities and responsible for daily management and operations of facilities.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Ability to read and write business correspondence and to communicate proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

Facility Management and Operations:
- Responsible for the management and operations of assigned athletic facilities
- Coordinates use of all assigned facilities under the control of the Athletic Association and insures proper maintenance and operations.
- Responsible for the inspection of work areas regularly to ensure satisfactory facilities and facilities operations
- Responsible for the set up and breakdown of athletic equipment for competition
- Responsible for the clean-up prior to and after athletic events
- Responsible for the proper moving of furniture and other items within and between buildings

Coordinate, manage, and communicate the daily schedule of operations for select facilities
