Job SummaryThe overarching purpose of this position is to assist the Web Data team in organizing the Marketing Division regarding reporting for the various businesses and channels we manage. In addition the position will also supervise ad hoc analysis and derive insights from the analysis for improved business objectives.

The need for a supervisor in data analysis in the digital business, is crucial to identifying and measuring the impact of data-driven decisions on the profitability of the business.

The purpose will also be to take the lead in assisting the build out and use of a new Data Management Platform as part of our strategy to do better CRM.

Job ResponsibilitiesPosition Scope
Supervise the web data analyst team to organize and interpret data as needed for the Marketing team.
Create reporting for the best use of the team for managing the business.
Learn data definitions and create a data dictionary for all reporting data elements.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements
Must be an excellent communicator and critical thinker, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Must have a strong math skills and an affinity for "how systems work".
Must have a knowledge of statistics and some experience using statistical software for analyzing databases, such as Excel, Domo, Tableau or other report writing software.
Must be able to work well with others in a multi-cultural environment.]
Must attach resume and current semester's class schedule (weekly view format).
A person with curious mind who wants to find insights in data and is comfortable presenting findings and translate data into understandable concepts and ideas.
A good candidate should be able to understand SQL.
Self-motivated with strong self-management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Strong computer skills beyond specifics noted above.
Willing to get smarter at their job thru online training tools or books.

Physical RequirementsWork is normally performed indoors in and air-conditioned environment, but may occasionally work in an open-air environment.
