This position serves as the first point of contact for the high number of stakeholders involved in the clinic services (community clients, UWG faculty/staff, student clinicians, etc) as they enter the clinic. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is essential to ensure HIPPA regulations are met at all levels including maintenance of client files, conferences, and all communication. Primary duties and responsibilities include administrating Intake paperwork and processing all new clients; scheduling speech therapy, tutoring, and counseling appointments and evaluations; consistently maintaining all client files to ensure HIPPA restrictions are met; scheduling clinic room use; providing professional and effective communication to all stakeholders; and providing highly professional positive customer service at all times. Position requires working evening hours.Required Qualifications
High school diploma and at least two years administrative experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong time management skills are required. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree preferred. Experience with Electronic Medical Records System software for scheduling, billing, and client records. Experience in Higher Education preferred.Salary$14.48 minimum - $17.85 midpointPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions
