Associate Director, Employer Relations

The Associate Director of Employer Relations is a skilled client services professional who strengthens and manages multifaceted relationships with corporate representatives to deliver a highly customized and responsive career employment program for graduate business students. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Associate Director also delivers targeted corporate relations activities including campus recruiting, resume referrals, career fairs, site visits, industry nights and other career events that lead to internship and full-time employment. This job function also provides the Career Center with job market trends and insights through ongoing outreach to company representatives and alumni; generates reports that support corporate outreach strategy and industry/function-focused career coaching to students; and manages the employer relations CRM.

Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
