is accepting applications for the following position:

Women's Softball Assistant Coach/Fitness Center Assistant

Under the direction of the Head Women's Softball Coach and the Fitness Center Director, provide support and assistance in all aspects of the Women's Softball program and for operation of the fitness center and implementation of the intramural sports program.

Hourly rate: $10.00 - $12.00

*Assist in organizing and running team practices
*Monitor team study halls
*Monitor student athlete academic progress
*Monitor team strength and conditioning
*Prepare scouting reports
*Assist in recruiting student athletes
*Assist head coach in organizing and participate in team related activities
*Other duties as assigned by head coach.
*Maintain operations of the Fitness Center during assigned hours, including
Check-in of visitors
All relevant forms being completed by members and logged into computer
Clean all equipment twice per shift
Monitor all visitors while they are in the center
Make sure weight equipment is in working condition
*Plan and implement two to three intramural activities per semester
*Other duties as assigned by the Fitness Center Director
