The Department of Radiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an Assistant Professor who will focus on research in the area of high resolution MR imaging associated with different hippocampal subfields. Applicants must have demonstrated capabilities in writing successful grant proposals.

Educational Requirements

Educational Background: PhD in Biomedical Engineering or Control Science and Engineering

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in the area of developing novel
high resolution and fast imaging methods for neurological diseases and pediatric applications. In particular, developing novel MR imaging acquisition and reconstruction methods to enhance our ability of discerning brain functional networks.
