Recruiting Assistant (Part-Time)

Job description


  • Assist, coordinate and set up on-campus and virtual interviews with students, employers and employer relations staff
  • Communicate with students to complete interview schedules in a timely manner
  • Use CSM system (Symplicity) to collect, review, and bundle application materials to forward to employers
  • Assist and plan marketing and promotion of upcoming application deadlines and other recruiting events
  • Ability to post jobs and create interview schedules for all campus visits
  • Follow-up with employers to enhance postings, profiles, and organization information in CSM
  • Coordinate work flow with student workers to ensure efficient, accurate and timely posting of jobs and internships
  • Assist as needed with employer outreach and follow-up
  • Assist Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations as needed

  • Prior experience working with students is preferred


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office environment required
  • This is a 900 hour/year position from August thru May; 10am to 3pm
  • 25 hours/week; 5 days/week as part of the Employer Relations Team
