Job Details
The Department of Pathology of Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine is seeking a pathologist with fellowship training or experience in clinical pathology.
Strong diagnostic skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong work ethic abilities are essential. A record of demonstrated academic productivity and scholarly accomplishments indicating commitment to academic career is desirable.
The successful candidate will join a cohesive team of sub specialized surgical pathologists who handle approximately 25,000 surgical specimens annually. Ample opportunities for clinical/translational research and multidisciplinary collaboration with investigators of the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center are available. The selected candidate will be at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor commensurate with experience.
