Responsibilities include answering and routing phone calls to the appropriate department or person and overseeing the receipt and distribution of mail.

This position secures and distributes checks and travel cards, to employees and customers of Florida State University.

Additional responsibilities include indexing and recording of voucher numbers on documents stored in the university imaging system.

This position works with department representatives to resolve invoice related issues.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience related to the duties of this position.

(Note: or post high school education and experience equal to four years.)

Ability to effectively answer and route multi line phone system calls.

Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.

Experience utilizing problem solving skills.

Experience prioritizing, organizing and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously.

Experience compiling, reviewing, and reconciling data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Experience using applicable computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) with proficient knowledge in Excel.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Preferred Prior Office Experience.
Prior Accounts Payable and/or basic accounting experience.
